My name is Nathaniel Doyle. I’m 21 years old and this is my fifth year in college. I went to GCC for three years, and did online courses at Rio Salado for one year. My major is Intermedia, mostly because I haven’t exactly decided which particular art field I want to pursue. I love to read and play video games. I'm currently writing (sort of) several short stories.
A huge part of my “art style” has been influenced by comic books. My dad used to collect comics, and while he no longer has the substantial amount he once did, he still has quite a few at home. Sometimes (as long as we promised to be careful with them), he would let me and my brother read them. Since then, I’ve been hooked on comics, and I love to draw in comic book style. The superheroes of Marvel and DC have inspired several of the characters I’ve created in short stories that I’m writing. Manga and anime have also contributed to my style; however, I’ve since fallen out of love with both of them.
